Before becoming an Independent Financial Adviser, Caroline had a detailed knowledge of financial services having worked in a compliance and technical role in the head office of a major pension and life company. Caroline is currently working towards achieving Chartered Status as she believes that is vital to continually update skills in order to give the best possible advice to clients.
Caroline regularly attends and speaks at, “Women in Business” events and is hoping to engage with policy makers to examine the gender pay gap for women in retirement. She wants to change women’s perceptions of seeking financial advice and is strongly committed to reducing the gender pay gap particularly in retirement. Caroline wants to raise awareness of the lack of women working as financial advisers and is passionate about engaging women in financial services to champion change.

As a busy working parent Caroline understands that people don’t always have time to regularly review their financial circumstances and she is keen to help her clients to organise and consolidate their pensions and investments. Along with the rest of the team she offers an ongoing review service. Caroline also has experience of pension sharing orders on divorce.
In her spare time, she loves to attend music festivals and concerts – anything from classical to pop, world and folk.
