Following the government’s instructions, we have taken the decision to close the office completely with immediate effect and all work from home for the foreseeable future.
It remains business as usual as all staff can work from home with no loss of client servicing. All our IT systems are Cloud based and members of staff have encrypted laptops enabling them to continue to work remotely without any disruption to the service provided.
Should you have any immediate concerns, please contact your financial adviser on their mobile or email and they will come back to you as soon as possible.

There is one area that may cause disruption or delays – POST.
Under current guidelines, I intend to visit the office every Friday to collect the post which will then be scanned to the relevant people. Where possible, if you have documentation that you would normally return by post, please scan this to your adviser or firstname.lastname@example.org if you are able to, your help would be appreciated.
We are living in challenging times and we are adapting daily to the situation.
